Since your already 3 weeks deep into your blast it’s going to take some time for deca and equipoise to catch up to the test you’ve already pinned so NPP would be an options as well which yes is deca but a much quicker acting ester. So people would say to pin every day or every other day but IMO in your situation you can get away with pining MWF. Is normally dosed in 100mg/ml so 300mg of NPP added to your current stack I believe would beloved with your recomping nicely. Not only will it help with joint relief but deca works well with dbol also so in terms of adding strength as well during this blast NPP isn’t a bad choice at all if you can get your hands on it from your source.

Equipoise is great also. I ran it my last blast it helped me stay lean, very vascular, and my joints honesty felt great throughout the whole cycle. Awesome endurance. No it’s not as strong as most steroids but it most definitely serves its purpose when added in to compliment some stronger compounds. A good one to keep in mind and read up on for future reference.


& lastly I really respect your approach of starting with low doses and working your way up. Focus on diet and training and let the gear COMPLIMENT your hard work not REPLACE hard work.

I deff look into everything you recommended! I’ve used 3 diff sources with good results from 2,, one couldn’t send the order right 3 damn times. 3 times to circumvent customs.
And the audacity to send 1 vial of test E,, like who in the fuck would order 1 vial. Sorry that’s been on the tip of my tongue for a min.
But my new source is domestic and at the moment they have been decent. The dbol is decent.
I haven’t used any of the oils yet.
Being that I was born in the crank case days of bikes and meth, I’m sure that the future for me is powder.
That way I know it’s sterile, mixed right, and filtered right, and I got control over the carrier oil.

Materfact I got 2 vials of tren, each from a diff vendor. Must be 2 diff carrier oils.
I’m eager to see the diff in them.

And I appreciate the good words, but honestly I ran a cycle once, and my body wasn’t ready, it was somewhat of a waste, just like you tell newbies when they first get on here.

This just takes a mindset, that this is about my life and health, and the cosmetics are just something that comes with it, and not the focal point.

Or at least that is my mindset.

The color or “darkness” of tren is normally dependent on exposure time to heat when it’s being made.

Could be carrier oil as well. Usually darkness pitch is related to heat as he said but mct comes out clearer gso darker
 
Supposedly some ppl get bad pip from gso but not mct, I’ve found mct to be smooth as fuxk

Most definitely just pinned my virgin delts w .75ml each yesterday, realized half way in I couldn’t do the 1.5 ml all in one, needless to say, they’re sore as fuck rn

Does the muscle that you inject into, get a benifit above other muscles, or since it’s a longer ester it moves a lot before becoming active?
Would a short ester have a diff outcome?

A few times I’ve tried to log in and nothing.

Anyway.
I actually went to the gym yesterday, Usually train at home.
I bought me a little setup.

Anyway had a good gym day, but I’ve decided to knock out a few sets in the crunch machine, and it had my nerve in my right hip in an uproar in the fully flexed position.
Like it was gonna cramp up if I didn’t release it. I pushed thru but it deff wasn’t fun.
However as soon as I backed off, it was fine. It’s just in that fully stretched (fetal position for lack of a better word) that it fires up.

On another note, and because I can’t brag to know one else( they will want them), I have only consumed .5 of Vicodin in the last 14 days.
I’ve been Dr Prescribed since my first back injury in 2012.
I quit taking them because I was scared my liver wouldn’t handle dbol, Viks, Tylenol, and ibuprofen, along with it’s other duties, so I quit everything but the dbol and caffeine pills (1-2x day)
I got bloods last year and my liver enzymes was in range. Dr checks my liver every year due to the Vicodin. I think there posted in my first thread a year ago.

So I’ve already made great gains, just mentally.
The gains in the gym, and in the kitchen is coming along too!
Had Cod and Rice for dinner, post workout, with 1 slice of wheat with 1 Tbsp Almond Butter.
Sugar free jello snack 10 calories a lil tub. I smash 4 of them and head to bed lol. Not for sure how smart that is, but hey don’t judge me, I’m trying!

Now I did have a lil more definition but the dbol and to much fiber, kinda blew me out, but I got that in check now, but these pics about day 10


Instead of spending a grand on gear, I spent it on equipment and food, ok and a few vials lol

So I’m feeling some sides tonight.
Got some bloat, feel like my anxiety is up, as well as my blood pressure.
Tense around my neck.
Took some Pepcid for the bloat.
Took a hawthorn berry supplement for the heart.
Put some ice on my neck.
I’m gonna get a blood pressure monitor and a blood sugar meter.
I want to be able to monitor my vitals!

Does any of the iPhone watches have ability to monitor blood pressure and data log it? Any thoughts?
 
So I went out and bought a blood pressure monitor with Bluetooth to my iPhone.
My blood pressure is 146/96 Average out of 5 separate tests.
I had headaches all day and left work early.
Usually when I get tested, they are ecstatic with my blood pressure.

I didn’t have these sides with my last cycle, which was double the test that I’m running now.
Must be the dbol.
My diet has been fish, chicken, steak, eggs, and some tators once a week.
I’m taking hawthorn berries.
Any advice for lowering it???

Dude gave me a headache yesterday and I’ve had that bitch for 24hrs.
 
I think I read about Deca being good for ppl with tendinitis. I notice that a few of the guys run the EQ.
Iirc it’s performance enhancing gear???
As always, I will read up on it.
If you're having joint problems I recommend lowering high inflammatory foods. Putting frozen berries and greens in your shakes can reduce inflammation dramatically.

It’s high blood pressure from water retention is my thoughts. I am bloated.
Every thing I eat, salmon, chicken, protein drinks, all give me bloat.
I monitor and decide Mon how I’m gonna proceed.
Appreciate your opinion!!!

My blood sugar was 113 an hr after waking up. How ever I did have some potatoes yesterday about 5.

No mater what I do, I will keep monitoring my vitals till I got a graph showing numbers over a period of time.

Agreed on the water being the issue. I haven't used dbol so I wont chime in on cycling it.
 
I think I have mentioned it before but my good friend has the same issues with dbol. Headaches, bloat, high blood pressure, and especially sensitive to gyno when using dbol also. As soon as he drops it within a few days he seems to be just fine. Cycling it 2 weeks on/off isn’t a bad choice that’s what I normally do with SuperDrol for those exactly reason I get HBP and headaches as well. I have no experience with dbol so I’m speaking from my observations and conversations with my good friend and sharing his experience with you. Try adding in some kombucha tea to your daily diet and also sauerkraut and kimchi seem to help me personally with digestion and bloat also as mentioned above I eat a lot of fruit. Frozen berries are in my shake. Every. Single. Day.
