This can't possibly have the implications that are being suggested here.

I've used hundreds of amps over the years. If anyone was going to end up with shards of glass in their body, it'd be me. I withdrawal with 18 gauge and inject with 21 gauge.

I get a little PIP every now and then but not what I imagine would happen from injecting shards of glass.

It's one of those things to keep you up at night for sure. Along with "coring"

I think the large needle you inject with
For lean glute 25mm 25G will do fine, no need for 21-22-23G to inject

That's fine. I'm impatient and prefer quick & easy injections. Never had a problem with scar tissue or anything like that.
