I have a question from my wife for you ladies.

Ok....here is the deal. My wife and I have been together since 2001, we've always had a very, very healthy sex life. When I quit cycling cold turkey a few years ago before TRT when I was simply uninterested in sex. Since TRT that's obviously changed.
My wife however has always had a healthy libedo and never done any AAS. She's 45 and isn't going thru menopause yet but she's freaking out because for some reason her libedo has gone rock bottom.
I asked her if it was me and she assumed me that's not the case and after 20 years of marriage I know when she's bullshitting me.
Can any of you ladies help shed some light on what hormonally could be the problem....or could it be psychological?
I know they make a "Viagra" for women but as a male on TRT I know PDE 5 inhibitors don't remedy sexual drive but address the Erictile dysfunction.
My wife is sitting with me now close to tears hoping some of you women can put some perspective/advice/personal experience on this issue. It's breaking my heart (not to mention my balls... Just kidding) watching her struggle.
Ask any questions you need to ask to help us solve or begin to solve this.
Thanks ladies in advance from my wife and I both.

Plenty of hormone clinics out there that specialize in womens care. Why not just go get a full panel and get her the same care you enjoy.
I think her insurance will cover it... would progesterone imbalance effect her drive

I have no idea dude. Zero qualifications to offer an opinion other than there are medical experts who specialize in hormones for females, and it seems they get all the benefits like us when their hormones are optimized.

Yea, I need to research women and AAS more. I wonder if a low dose anavar could help till she can find a covered endo

Have you tried pt141? Granted it is a temporary fix for the time being, but it can be something you try until your lady schedules a doctors visit. Primo and var has always increased my wife’s sex drive but the increase is always temporary followed by a slight reduction and then levels out back up to baseline.

Are there ANY possible external factors? Extra stress? Work changes? Changes in diet or exercise levels..?

She is bipolar 1 but that's always made her a fuck machine. I have come to the conclusion it's the affair I had. It was 2 years ago but I think it's the cause.

My wife has BPD.

Do not give her pt141 without evaluating the meds. It can reduce the effectiveness of certain psych medications.

Hormone clinic as @Fattyone suggested would be ideal. I am assuming there are no changes to her needs?

Maybe re-eval psych medications/symptoms with doctor.
