You need way more labwork before thinking about any of this. You need, at a minimum, a full CBC, Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, LH, TSH, PSA, Estradiol Sensitive, Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, and should have DHEA-S and SHGB. Then you need a Dr who is willing look at this and make an informed decision based on those results. One test of 350ng/dl Total Testosterone is an utterly meaningless test without all the others. I mean, that's low, but there's a lot of reasons why it could be and without those other tests you just don't have enough information to go on.
