I Need Gym Motivational Songs..

I would like to work out to the screams of people who take longer than 90 seconds in between sets as they get their fingers and toes torn off with wire strippers coated in kerosene.
Have you considered settling for Morbid Angel?
My "dismember the body" playlist...put a little aftershave on my upper lip and just press play

One time I got into a fight in flip flops and my big toenail got torn off. Wanting to avoid infection I poured 90% isopropyl on the raw meat... now the noise I made could not even be considered a simple scream- it was music to anyone who has had the misfortune of knowing me personally I am sure.

When we were building our house, I sliced my thumb open on the inside of 50 gallon drum while moving it. Blood was pouring out everywhere and my wife did the same thing to me but I had no idea what it was until it hit the cut, the pain was something I will not forget. Still have a scar the width of my thumb from the cut.

You can certainly tell a lot about the age of Meso brothers based on the music selection here. There's some great bands posted in this thread.

Not sure why @Voltrader but I didn't picture you a rap guy, though there is nothing wrong with that and you have very good taste. Some days you need a good bass line to power through. @Moose I would have to agree with you on both points in reference to Meso.

That's funny. I thought Voltrader would be more of a metal guy. Funny how you assume things when you don't know the person.

The 2 bands I always find myself coming back to are Lamb of God and Parkway Drive. Nobody will top Lamb of God for probably another 20 years when it comes to the best metal band, and Parkway drive has about the sickest breakdowns of any hardcore band going right now. What makes these bands so good are the numerous breakdowns in each song that are still melodic, and not a ton of sloppy shit just thrown together. A lot of these new hardcore bands cannot set themselves apart from the rest. Most dontdon't have the breakdowns to go with the brutal vocals and then just when you think they MIGHT get harder, the guy changes up and starts trying to sing like a 13 yr old boy who just hit puberty. Parkway drive is an exception though, they never let up!! It's maximum aggression throughout. But nobody tops those American metal boys from Richmond motherfucking Virginia!!!

spotify is ok limited selection though. I heard about a website called 8tracks but haven't looked into it

Emmure, The Acacia Strain, Parkway Drive, All That Remains, Thy Art Is Murder, August a Burns Red, A Day To Remember
