I hear that Cardio is supposed to hinder muscle development. Although, I'm nervous about adding fat without doing the cardio on a regular basis. Right now I'm 6'4", 250, and about 10% BF. Currently I'm doing the eliptical two times a day (20 minutes apart) for 10 minutes each. Also, I run twice a week for about 45 minutes (5 miles). I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life, and I love the way I've developed. I would like to add more muscle mass but don't want to lose any of the progress that I've made, by putting on more BF.
1)Will cutting back on the cardio help with muscle development?
2)If so, will I be prone to add more BF without the cardio?
3)When, how often and how much cardio do you guys do, or recommend?
