I've been looking around the web trying to find a routine suitable for my first steroid cycle.. Im going to use 500mg a week for 12 weeks of test cyp or enanthate with pct being nolvadex for 5 weeks, 40,40,30,20,10.. My main objective is to gain both bulk and strength.. Do you think im using too little reps? This is what i use naturally, should i use more reps? Take a look, tell me what you think..
Monday: Chest and triceps
Flat bench press 4 sets
Incline bench press 3 sets
Weighted chest dips 3 sets
Lying tricep ext. 3 sets
Cable pushdowns 2 sets
Tuesday: Back and biceps
Lat pulldowns 4 sets
Barbell rows 3 sets
Seated cable rows 3 sets
Barbell curls 3 sets
Dumbbell curls 2 sets
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Shoulders, traps and abs
Seated military press 4 sets
Side lateral raises 3 sets
Barbell shrugs 4 sets
Various crunches, leg raises etc.
Friday: Legs
Squats 4 sets
Leg press 3 sets
Lying leg curls 4 sets
Standing calf raises 5 sets
Weekends: Off
