I have time to train 6/7 times and week and I’m a hard gainer when it comes to weight and reaching 200lbs will be my biggest challenge

I was literally you, 10 years ago, 140lbs 6ft.. you know whatI did? Started EATING EVERYTHING.
i was eating bowls of pasta, jars of peanut butter. Dense high calorie foods.
Gaining weight is literally so easy until you get up into the 230-240.


Listen, it is so easy.. hit your protein and then eat EVERYTHING.
You just need to gain, dont worry about being clean or fuck all. GAIN WEIGHT.
Whole milk with normal protein powder, not even mass gainer, is easily 1k calories. Now if you do chocolate milk instead? Now 1.2-1.3k calories, IN ONE SHAKE……. See?
Hitting 3.5k calories should be a joke for you. Go eat a fucking pizza if you cant hit it

Unpopular opinion but yea. Just gotta find a way to get it in.
 
140lbs at 6ft how what’s your age at that time I was 155lbs in April and didn’t take anything or start training seriously until the last two months now I’m 179lbs and at Golden Corral all I ate was pot roast steamed potatoes and carrots plus steaks however I’m taking a break because I think I over did it and now have had abdominal pains for the last 3 days so I’ve had an entire oats cereal with almonds and drink some protein and pizza to get until this pain goes away giving about a week before I see doc if it gets worst and my goal is still train whiling eating 3500 + to reach 200lbs in the next five months.

Is this correct? And with the 200 tablets of Dianabol 25 and two bottles tren ace 100 what’s the best way to use these while training and gaining weight to reach 200lbs ?right now I’m in week 2 of using the dbol after using all the test prop stack with tren ace 100?

Constipation.

Do whatever you normally do for constipation whether it's popping bisacodyl like it is candy or pounding down polyethylene glycol or magnesium citrate. In either case, drink a lot of water.

Word of advice, kid. Severe constipation can lead to microtears that can lead to prostatitis and possibly even bacterial infections. First-hand knowledge of this unfortunately and dealing with it is annoying AF.
 
6’4” 178lbs? Holy hell. I’m 6’4” and I can’t imagine how skinny that is. Literally skin and bones. Bread, peanut butter, pasta, rice, beef. This is all super cheap and easy to eat. 20lbs of ground beef at Costco is like under $50. Just start eating you don’t need steroids, you need food.
