I regret buying DNP

I impulsively bought DNP, and spent a good amount of money on it. I deeply regret it because it took me doing a bit deeper research to find the glp1 agonist are superior to DNP. DNP is very dangerous and can literally make you go blind it's horrible really. It also not even that great for weight loss because it increases ur appetite and if you don't have the discipline you'll just binge eat all the calories it makes u lose back. I should've spent the money on a glp1 which makes losing weight easy and feel like nothing , DNP makes you feel hot, hungry, and like death, whyyy did i do this to my selfo_O But since I wasted so much of my money on DNP i'll just have to stick with it, wish me luck:(

I will only take 250 mg a day or every other day depending on how I feel , and then i have a stack of support supplements

Crack on and shut the hell up

DNP is fine. It sucks but it will be fine. Stick to a low carb diet to reduce sweating. Also this time of the year is perfect for DNP, given the fact it's cold where I live. I suggest picking up some large towels, that you can lay in your bed, so they soak up your sweat and not your mattress. I doubt you will need a ventilator at this temperature. You might have to trash these towels afterwards and maybe some t-shirts too, because they will turn yellow. Also pick up some electrolyte mix.

If you don't want any of that, research low dose DNP. I heard some people to it and don't feel it at all.

Also DNP is a plus in winter, because it keeps you warm. Just like the Russians did in WW2.

thank you for the actual helpful information friend

do you think 250mg is a low enough dose to not sweat profusely?

i bought it way before i made those threads and people responded to me brah

Its clear you neither read up on DNP nor GLP1. They're not even remotely comparable. DNP will take that weight off quick- but you'll pay for it in sweat. Excess carbs are what made you a fat beast. You can't have those on DNP, at least not if you don't want to turn into a furnace. If you can control your diet for two to three weeks, you will lose a significant amount of fat.

so what you are saying DNP better than GLp1???

DNP was the best choice for me before glp1’s hit the scene. Now I don’t have to starve and sweat through my mattress cover. And it’s orange sweat apparently. Or brownish. Dark orangy brown lol.

But dnp is something you can keep on hand still. If you live in a cold climate it may save your life if shit hits the fan in winter and power is out for days, etc…
I think Russian soldiers working in Siberia keep it for staying warm if needed.

Plus there’s some interesting stuff coming out on micro dosing or low dosing it for a while was actually producing tons of positive effects. I think even cognitively. Idk. I don’t keep it hand anymore and haven’t for 3 years. Although not currently using anything glp related I actually started about 2.5 or 3 years ago now. Geez, maybe even 3.5 years. Anyways, I started with Sema and graduated to Tirzepatide. Stayed on it a while. Last run was with Retatrutide for about 6-7 months.

I was able to hop on for a while and come off a decent amount of time too long enough that I set my body’s set points about 2 settings down from the size I was. I lost a lot of muscle but I knew I had to so I was ok with it. Plus I was just too big for my height anyway and getting older carrying all that extra weight didn’t seem wise so I decided to downsize significantly like 3-4 years ago and have been doing so since.

I wasn’t fat when I was at my heaviest. But just too big for me anymore. I went from 226 to 185 over the last few years. Still retained a bunch of extra muscle. About 40lbs worth. I graduated boot camp age 20 and weighing a hefty 142 at 5-7. Lol I thought I was tough too. But I was wrong. Just really stupid and delusional.

I have a medium size frame though despite being short. And a 6-1 wingspan and size 12-13 shoe. Lol my feet are damn near as long as my shins. But I’ve settled in to a very lean and still overly muscular build at around 185lbs. And I feel good when not depressed. I still blast gears but rarely any compound over 350mg and when I cruise I do a super low dose cruise and my natural testosterone will kick back on even at this age, although reduced at functioning fully.

Now I’m rambling. In conclusion, Yeah you have a lot of product you likely won’t use all of. But do some research on low dose dnp for extended periods and don’t throw it away!

Send it to an Eskimo before tossing it. I think it lasts a while when stored properly too.

@Millard you really pushing me

I am going to hack the mainframe and get this auto mod OFF.

Honey, it was the typos that did it (no, lol).
I have put in my application to become your personal automoderator.
You will have to send some references to the owner, who will also be here or via dm to tell you off.
Again.
Lol.
