True. Though with the volatility of BTC, it can be risky holding onto a lot of what amounts to unstrategically purchased BTC for a long period of time. If one is paranoid and not a BTC HODL'er they'd probably cash some out or at least trade for a stablecoin on a crypto exchange to prevent the lose of value.
