Where is it said in your link or attachment that duplicate ballot numbers are rejected? I don't see it. It also says the software protects against cyber threats with encryption, but none of the contested states actually chose to encrypt the thumb drives with the recounted "unreadable" ballots - the ones under contention. So even if there was a statement on rejecting duplicate ballot bar codes, there is every reason to believe it is optional.
Also, why do you feel the need to insult anything and everything Trump in every post you make? I don't like the guy either, but you come across as someone who hasn't thought things through.
