Thank you for clarifying your statement. I don't want men to think that just because men are on test or AASs, that it will increase their chances of having a baby with birth defects, autism, and things such as that. I don't know much about the add-on therapies like finasteride. I will read up on it.

Some men are able to conceive healthy children while on finasteride or dutasteride but it's probably a lot safer to stop taking it at least 1-3 months beforehand.
