Im guessing you are asking how much of IGF do you take if you are already on GH...

40mcg... if you do it that way you can get 25 days out of a 1mg vial which is close to 27 which is 4 weeks ... which (sorry for the repition) is the agreed upon best amount of time to stay on igf... then take 4 weeks off... then 4 on and 4 off for however long you want... Im currently on 5iu Jino, 40mcg igf, and 10iu slin (postworkout only) and im seeing great gains... im using it with my PCT and ive gained about 8lbs of solid mass ... maybe a little fat too (but this wasnt cuz of the igf or gh). hope that helps
