There are studies on IGF-1 LR3 going back to 1993. I may have misunderstood you but I don't recall any of them saying anything about the IGF-1 LR3 staying localized within the injected muscle.

The studies I'm referring to are recent. IGF-1 expressed (at very high levels) in muscle caused no increase in plasma IGF-1 levels. The IGF-1 expressed in muscle in every study I've seen causes significant increases in strength and mass. Regarding our use of IGF-1 LR3, there isn't much experience out there, so it's not fair to say it's not worth it. I had very good results at 50mcg 1x/day post w/o/ The high BA content shouldn't be an issue, if you're taking water up into the pin before drawing the IGF-1....it wasn't for me anyway. I know of several people that got great results. I have also heard some not so good results, as demonstrated above. I'm disappointed to hear that Josh Phillips had unimpressive results with IGF-1 and slin together...I'd expect great things from that combo. Were you shooting the slin IM too and in the same muscle as the IGF-1? I'm not sold on shooting humalog IM (it may be no different) but the longer acting insulins shouldn't be an issue. Some get subQ localized fat accumulation as a result of subQ slin shots in the abdomen over time.
While on IGF-1, it's not a bad idea to further increase the amount of protein you're taking in either. The results, dosages, and sides all seem to be very individualized.
