Federal Reserve Lowers Economic Outlook for Rest of Year - FoxNews.com
The story basically talks about the end of QE2 - nothing more than a bailout of Wall Street that buoyed the market. Many think the knowledge of this ending is already priced into the market, but what if they are wrong? Remove Federal dollars (a dollar weakened by this very program as we printed and printed and printed) and the bubble could very well burst. While I don't know what the bottom will be, something tells me it is not anywhere near that point. My 401k is about to go into stable value funds and cash holdings only.
I hope I'm wrong.
