I'm Infertile...

For three years, I blasted and cruised, at one point using as much as 1,000mg+ test or test/masteron combined for at least six months. Finished off my last year injecting 500mg a week before terminating usage. DID NOT perform a proper PCT afterwards (and yes, I'll go ahead and type it out for you: I'm a fucking idiot.)

Fast forward 3 years, and a recent fertility test indicates that I have ZERO sperm. At this point, I haven't followed up with a urologist to determine the exact cause--i.e. whether it's pre-testicular, post-testicular or just a case of my nuts no longer working--but is this the end of the road for me fertility-wise? Could HCG help? Maybe I have an ejaculatory duct blockage? Or maybe at 40 yrs-old, with a history of bad lifestyle habits, I'm just completely fucked?!

Don’t be so hard on yourself. Many people ignorantly jump on this train with no thought of repercussions. Did you ever check your sperm prior to the B&C? The problem could be pre-existing and the cycle could have easily finished you off.

Go to the urologist first and see what they say. I’m not going to give advice on trying a PCT now, all this time later although I would be interested to see if that would accomplish anything. HCG MAY help, but with ZERO sperm, idk man... you may need a miracle.

Do you really mean zero sperm or zero moving sperm?
Did they measure any other sperm parameters like motility %, shape etc?
Did your balls tremendously shrink relative to 6 years ago?
Do you have recent blood work with test, LH and FSH? if not, i would get that done asap. I agree with @T-Bagger that you should see your urologist asap.
I would also say that don't be negative in thinking it is the end of the road for you. Stay positive as there are a lot of medical options to help with fertility. Wish you the best bud!

Thanks to both of you for the advice and support. This hit me harder than I'd expected. The hardest part is my wife is heartbroken. According to the fertility clinic, they found ZERO sperm.

My balls never shrank to raisin size, if that's what you mean; they got smaller for sure, but never that much smaller.

Only recent blood work I have is total test which was around 305 ng/d which isn't good at all. No idea about LH and FSH, could be shit.

Interesting on the TT number. I was at 359 and dropped to 309. Didn’t have a lot of low T symptoms other than not being able to burn fat no matter how much gym time I put in.

You can attempt to revive them with HCG or even try Scally’s Power PCT or whatever it’s called to see if that helps. Definitely see that urologist and keep us posted. Sorry to hear this man.

I wouldn't give up hope, be patient...most of all instill that hope and patience in your partner bc the womenfolk can really get in their heads about this shit. In my experience most fertility specialists won't even discuss treatment options unless you have been unsuccessfully trying to conceive for close to a year.

Good luck

We've been trying for well over a year, I have a few friends in the medical industry, so hopefully they can connect me to the best people. I don't exactly trust medical practitioners all that much in the steroid/fertility department, given how "behind the times" most doctors are due to the stigma associated with treatment. Just reaching out to see if anyone has been/is in the boat I am regarding this.

Just keep faith, we were having trouble conceiving over a year. I thought for sure I was cooked, I've done some wreckless shit. In my particular instance it ended up being on her end, so unfortunately I'm not much help although I did run power pct, blast hcg etc. Nevertheless wanted to offer support bc I do know how difficult these times can be emotionally, best of luck brother...

Urologist can rule out blocked duct, epididymitis, varicocele and things like that..... first stop

Blood panel-
TT, Estradiol, Fsh, LH

... hard to find good docs that actually prescribe “off label” meds like HCG, HMG
Some fertility docs will help out with clomid... if ya find a good one;)

^^^ I say that to not discourage ya but to say search for a doc and if ya can’t ..study and use brothers and tools around here.... there’s options

Good luck bro

Sorry man I was where you are. Doc first prescribed clomid and it did absolutely nothing. But for me HCG did the trick. My sperm count shot up to something like 120M in no time. Now I have a 4 year old boy.

The kind of doctor you need to find is a reproductive endocrinologist. They are the ones that will be wiling to try the things liek HCG or clomod.

For me there was an underlying endocrine issue that I think I have had all of my adult life but my AAS use was covering it up.

Yah, I've read up and heard that clomid is kinda the first line of treatment in a lot of situations. I've also heard that it can really fuck with your mood, which isn't exactly good news for me since I suffer from depression and anxiety already. I should be getting a call from a doctor here in a few days, who's dealt with infertility related to steroid use, so that gives me hope. Still trying to clarify with my primary care physician what type of doctor this fella is. Much bloodwork will ensue, I've been informed. Plus I'll probably get a scrotal ultrasound, which sounds kinda awesome:)

I wouldn’t be so negative, especially if the problem is secondary/tertiary hypo the gonadotropins and/or serms can help. They even have this procedure where they extract germ cells directly from the balls and cultivate them to mature sperm on the outside..

I’m actually having a scrotul ultrasound today lol

Good luck, brother. Found out the guy I'm seeing is a urologist and not a reproductive endo like others have recommended. I have other avenues I can follow, would ya'll say it's worth finding an endo?

Thanks and good luck to you. I’ll also schedule an app with the men’s specialty clinic after to check my jizz lol, I believe they are urologist. Just want to see where i’m at. Scrotul ultrasound is to make sure nothings come up in the last year, dr thought there might have been a varicocele but if it’s anything it’s prob a hydrocele. Plus it’s a good way to see if my balls changed size since adding hCG after the last one and terminating trt 5.5 weeks ago.

A urologist is probably a good place to start just to rule out any structural defects, if everything is normal and they aren’t open to any treatment I’d go to the reproductive endocrinologist. Maybe get it set up with them as well since there might be a long ass wait to get an appointment.
