Don’t be so hard on yourself. Many people ignorantly jump on this train with no thought of repercussions. Did you ever check your sperm prior to the B&C? The problem could be pre-existing and the cycle could have easily finished you off.

Go to the urologist first and see what they say. I’m not going to give advice on trying a PCT now, all this time later although I would be interested to see if that would accomplish anything. HCG MAY help, but with ZERO sperm, idk man... you may need a miracle.

That's exactly what I was thinking, the issue of fertility could of been preexisting; even men that are infertile usually have millions spermatozoa per one ml of ejaculate. If a Male actually has a zero measurable spermatozoa that is Azoospermia and that affects 2% of the Male population in the world. I'm by no means an expert on Male fertility, but I've never heard of AAS causing azoospermia.

Edit: This is a great reason why everyone should freeze and rent space for their sperm if they have the means to do so. I dont know why more TRT clinics dont offer that service, hopefully they will when it becomes for affordable.

It can, I know two people here that had Azoospermia after trt/aas, well unless you consider 7 total sperm only one of which was alive as oligospermia, if so then one person here. You can find articles/studies on pubmed as well.

Freezing is a good plan, but keeping the balls functional should be the primary goal, you never know like a clinic i heard about either accidentally threw out or had malfunctioning equipment that led to the destruction of several thousand? eggs, fertilized eggs and semen. That’s probably a rare occurrence but I’d still try to keep my balls working with hCG

Not all is lost! I'm going thru the same thing. I went to a urologist a while back and they determined 0 sperm were in my sample. I was then put on a high dose of HCG for 5 months ( 3000 units 3 x weekly ). After 5 months or so on HCG and clomid I had whats called TESE surgery. They surgically went in and found sperm. Good Luck bud!

Wk 1: 1500iu of HCG 2x per week (mon, thurs), 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 2: 1500iu of HCG 2x per week (mon, thurs), 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 3: 1000iu of HCG 2x per week (mon, thurs), 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 4: 1000iu of HCG 2x per week (mon, thurs), 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 5: 100mg of clomid per day, 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 6: 50mg of clomid per day, 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 7: 50mg of clomid per day, 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 8: 50mg of clomid per day, 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 9-10: 25mg of Aromasin per day

OP I think your tripping out on it to early.
Maybe I'm misreading your first post, you havent tried anything yet to get back to normal???

I wouldn't lose hope until you and tried everything.
