He’s not on here that I know of, but check out Nick Tong. He has tons of very successful female clients.

I do work with females, however infrequent. Have taken a girl pro in WBFF but she was also a genetic freak so I try not to take too much credit. I’d be happy to talk and figure out if we work OR if I can direct you to another coach that fits your needs.

I prefer coaching men lol. Competitor women can get a bit crazy and I’m much more experienced with mens protocols.

I think I understand what this is about)) to train women, you need a lot of patience and stock up on iron nerves))
