I got my bf tested today. As soon as I walked in I knew I should have turned around when I saw the girls working the lab. Jesus Christ were they incompetent! She got 3 different measurements on my tricep, ranging from 7-11 mm. On the chest measurement she began on the outer portion of the pec and ended up on the inner portion by the third measurement. The skinfold test came out at 16%(ok, 15.98%) and I also held a handheld electrical one that told me I was 26%

Just last night I caught a peek of a vein on the upper portion of my abs, so I'm reckoning I'm a little closer to the lower end of 13%. Maybe as high as 13.5%.

Either way, if I'm 16%, I'll stop dieting at 10% and win the goddamn nationals.

Fucking incompetents!
 
It is a very normal response to blame being fat on the measurement grizzly. You just have to come to grips with who you are and how fat you are. Everyone is unique so it is perfectly fine to be a fatass. Don't get depressed over being flabby~Sensational

Lieberman has no chance, but at least he is fairly moderate. Kerry isnt TOO bad, for a democrat. Edwards doesnt have much of a chance, but I like that he was trying to stay out of the mudslinging. Dean is an assclown. Clark cant make his mind up if hes in the race or not, check back next week and he'll have a new answer. The funniest thing with Clark is that yesterday he was talking about how his parents couldnt send him to Yale because they didnt have the money (comparing to Bush), but that he paid his way through West Point. West Point IS A FREE SCHOOL!! THERE IS NO TUITION!!

I'll stick with Bush, even though I dont like all of his programs (immigration, for one).

Seriously I have had two people who did a fair job of it. A dietition at my college and one or two other trainers in my life. Everyone else fucks up and badly like by 10%!!!!!!!!!!

Quick note: If you have the zone diet or go to the bookstore or library and grab it. It has a chart that is fairly accurate I would say within a 3-4% range. I have tested it on me as well as clients. All you do is do your circum. around your waist at belly button level...dont suck in fat ass lol jk...and then around your wrist. Subtract wrist from waist. This gives you a number and you need your bodyweight. The chart does the rest and like I said it gives you a fair estimate. I can do it for you. I have the book...give me the following

BodyWeight:

Waist Circumference around belly button. Do not pull tight making your waist circ. smaller. Also do it in morning on empty stomach.

Wrist circumference. The area were your forearm meets your hand. There should be a bone that pertrudes and this is ususally were i measure.

Let me know and I will tell you what the book says. I will check back.


Funny shit LOL, NOt to get off topic, but I love when they come in for fitness evaluations, and they write thier weight on the form we get that they filled in when they purchased a gym membership. It says like 120 or 130, your thinking wow maybe this broads hot to boot, then she walks in and you know it's more artound 180 happens every damn day.

Oh yeah get a submersion test it's the most accurate.
 
I like to look at the weights on girl's ID's when I card them at the door of the bar. Either they have all gained 30lbs in the last couple of years or they're all in serious denial.

Haha I used to do the same thing, and it is usually the latter. I can usually tell if they gained the weight by the photo, especially with college girls. They get their school ID's taken in the beginning of they year, and put on a good 15 pounds by the end.
