Immune system on cycle

Have been reading a lot how high testosterone and being on cycle can be suppressive to the immune system what does everyone do to boost the immune system while on cycle

I found I was more susceptible to colds and infections when I ran a cycle over a winter. Been slamming down vitamin c and zinc.

Daily multi and greens + staying in the gym has kept me from being truly sick for years. Sniffles and a cough here and there but. Do you have a link to what you’ve been reading?

That’s just a couple but from looking around and if you google a lot of things pop up supporting it can have suppressive effects on immune system. I was looking into because I never get sick and got sick 3 times over this winter and now it seems to make sense

Here, we suggest that testosterone regulates multiple and overlapping cellular and molecular pathways involving a host of immune cells and biochemical factors that converge to contribute to attenuation of the inflammatory process.

Our findings did not support ICHH assumptions about immunosuppressive function of androgens. In the affluent society studied here, men with higher levels of free testosterone could afford to invest more in adaptive immunity. Since the hormone-immune relationship is complex and may depend on multiple factors, including access to food resources, androgens should be treated as immunomodulators rather than implicit immunosuppressants.
