Impact of 19 nors on sperm quality?

I‘m currently running 240mg Test Cyp & 3x 500iu hCG per week and my last two sperm analysis were all above required range.

I will have my sperm frozen in a few weeks (for possible IVF route) and was wondering, if anyone knows how 19 nors (nand, tren) could impact future sperm analysis results (if we decidde to go the natural way).

I’ve read somewhere online about DNA fragmentation but I’m struggling to find any studies or data.

Not sure if I understand your question? I will stay on the current protocol until sperm is frozen as this is working clearly.

After that I‘m considering adding 19 nors and would like to understand potential downsides in case we continue naturally and wait with IVF (IVF is however what the doctors are suggesting due to our age).

Understood. I'd recommend not running anything that could potentially impact the DNA in the sperm you plan to create a child with. For me that would be reasonable TRT (physiologic TT/FT) + hCG. My 2 cents. Best wishes on the process!

Just my 2 cents. But my risk tolerance pretty low. It's an answer. Not sure it is the answer but you've got someone else to think about. Blast after you don't need the swimmers anymore. Take care Brother.

Whether there is any risk or not, wouldn’t one just choose to be safe, just in case?
I would put the choice down to common sense.

I think you‘re not reading what I wrote. I had two sperm analysis done, both above required range, now my sperm gets frozen and doctors are suggesting IVF. This is a reasonable and realistic route.

I’m just trying to understand (with data and studies, as I couldn’t find anything) about potential risks if natural conception on 19 nors would happen. It’s more for my curiosity and not a probable outcome.
