I'm talking from experience. Not bashing in anyway shape or for and not coming at you at all. Insecurities will fuck your head up. My wife had 2 emergency c sections. Stomach was fucked up. I can respect that. Depends ENORMOUSLY (no pun) on the implant. Saline, silicone, round, teardrop, gummy bear type -and also how it's inserted (above or below muscles).

Some are horrible, with crinkles around the edges when leaning forward, the best ones look and feel identical to prime late teen boobies, which is what makes them unnatural on the older women that get them. But they feel 100% real.

Once my Thai wife has gotten herself to an equilibrium that she's happy with (a little chubby now, and too weak), I've promised her that she can get her boobs done. She's a B now, will probably be an A when she's reached her fitness goals. Probably go for 350-380cc premium silicone gummies.

They were pretty firm at first as most are, then the muscles relax and everything settled in so to speak...She had a lift as well so they sit up higher even more than her natural ones...I like them A LOT (Jim Carrey voice)

I kept her drugged up the first week back from surgery, but she said it wasn't to bad, mainly muscle soreness from being manipulated so much...

I've always valued your advice on implants..........and my wife has pretty much set her heart on having them done in the fall. I see you suggesting the gummies. Those are definitely considered the best for keeping their shape while standing but she is pretty resilient on wanting the 450cc round silicone implants under the muscle since they supposedly look more natural while laying down because they will spread out instead of remaining in the molded form of a gummie implant. What were the determining factors for you to go with the gummies instead of the round silicone implants.

Personally I'm really excited for fall to get here hehehe

I'm always careful picking titties.

As wife 2.0 is getting into shape, boobies are going away.... :-(

I've told her that when she's closing in on 20% BF, and closer to the strength level where she wants to be, then we can start to look at options.

Well, it all depends on her body and lifestyle. I went with cohesive gel simply because you don't need to replace them plus they are the 'newest' in implants and most reliable. They will always be the same. If any splits or ruptures, there is nothing leaking out. Hence the nickname they were given. If you bite a gummy bear, it just stays in tact and nothing leaks or gets deformed.

I also have a narrow and small frame (32 inches and bra band around my chest) so I went with the ultra high profile as I don't want side boobs where they push out my arms! Lol I'm also over muscle as my lifestyle includes the gym as well as modeling and previously...shows. This way I don't move them and change their shape when flexing or posing. Plus recovery was quicker than under muscle.

In regards to movement and placement, it all depends on your own chest cavity/bone structure as they will only sit there. You can't make them go anywhere. If your implant slides off to the side, they weren't done properly.
