So it's Summer, and I'm sitting around 14% body fat, and would like to get it down to 8-9% without losing my winter gains.
Unfortunately, my source cannot obtain tren, mast, or var at the moment to do a traditional cutting cycle. So I'm thinking about improvising a cutting cycle around Test and t3, something like this for 6 weeks or so:
400mg/week Test C (once weekly)
25mcg T3 daily
250iu eod hcg
12.5mg aromasin daily
followed by 4 week pct of nolva/clomid
So a couple of questions: does this seem a reasonable substitute cycle? Also, do I need to start hcg & AI from day one? Or should I wait a few days? I’m thinking my my natural test isn’t going to start shutting down immediately, and the hcg would otherwise be wasted? Likewise for the AI that won’t be needed until the test starts aromatizing?
Also, I've never run T3, so with the amped metabolism, should I plan to do as much cardio as I am now, which is about 20-30 minutes 5-6/days week? Diet is super clean running at a calorie deficit under maintenance.
