Does the percent in body temperature increased equal the same percentage increase in metabolism? I understand that the higher ones temp is, the more calories one burns. But how much more per percent in body temperature does your actual metabolism increase ?
Asking this question after pondering how much more body fat one would burn adding Clen to a cutting diet. I understand that Clen raises ones temp by around 10%. If the percent in body temperature increased only equals the same percent in increased metabolism, then thats not much at all. For someone with say a 3,000 calorie a day metabolism, thats only 300 calories more a day, or 2 lbs of body fat a month. Just does not sound right.
