In relation to AI and SERM use;

So is the ‘popular’ choice now to use a SERM throughout a cycle and not use an AI? Or am I just seeing the BS information since I came back?

Serms was the way to go in the 80's (i believe) when AIs and their use in bb wasn't a thing. Serm is only capable to protect you from gyno, very high estradiol could lead to different side effects besides gyno, so IMO it's just BS.

It always depends on the situation.
For me most of times I require AI , but there’s a sweet spot with highish e2 where I feel truly my best BUT my right nipple gyno is bothering me and is somewhat painful so in that situation I would use Nolva

I was always curious if there was any reason to even control it if you don't get side effects...lf you choose not to control it...and you don't get gyno symptoms...what is the worst that can happen..... I never have or needed to in my life.. i don't bloat ..or hold water... I don't notice anything different from 300mg or 750mg.. what can happen to someone in a case like that..

increase risk of blood clots and everythung. Depending on what your levels are. Lots of downstream effects besides gyno and acne

Keep reading. There is a lot more that can happen than just gyno. A lot of it life threatening.
