Ok, I would like to know, once and for all.. I usually use slin in the stomach.. But, I keep hearing in the muslce works better, and then I hear the body breaks it down before it does any good if you inject in the muscle.. Need people who actually have used both ways, or know for a fact what way works best.. I use Humalog only if that helps.. Thanks

insulin is meant to be subcutaneous...if you inject intra muscular it will peak sooner , with a good possibility of fuckin yourself up because of it

IM is better delivery, but most use subQ to preserve IM sites for things that must go IM. Diabetics usually go subQ for convenience and less pain.

Correct IM is better delivery but be warned it will get in your system faster.

Go sub-Q, that is what the product is designed for in most circumstances. Don't fuck around.

So Basically, either way is the same? Only IM enters the system much faster? I've read so many times that IM Breaks down the Insulin before it can enter the system to store your Nutrients.. Where do people get this info?

Insulin doesn't get broken down any faster in muscle than in subQ. It merely disperses more quickly. Some diabetics that use humalog will actually switch to IM, because Humalog can create site-specific fat deposits.
anabolicreview has an insulin forum if you want more info

When you inject into the fat, it doenst get into your system until the insulin "seeps" into your system, getting near your muscles to be able to get into the bloodstream. This takes time.

When you inject into muscle, there are vessels and veins everywhere so it gets absorbed faster. FASTER IS BETTER FOR BB'rs!!!!

That way you can time your carb/protein shake to be taken in the next 15minutes to make the most of the insulin. You want it to shuttle nutrients to your muscles!!! Right after you lift is best , the carb-depleted muscles will NEED all the nutrients you can give them!!

Keep an extra carb/protein shake, protein bar, or even pop handy for a few hours after the first shot. Because after the insulin uses all you drank the first time, you may need more. Everyone is different. You dont want to go into hypoglycemia.

Plus, going IM you dont need as many IU insulin for the same effect :)

I have used insulin many times and know what I am talking about.
We want the insulin in and out quickly. No need for it hanging around unless you are a diabetic.

***** ****** ***** ***** ******

Why would you take a slin shot subcateously?? (in fat) You eat your protein/carb shake in 15 minutes, you stomach absorbs it in 30-60 minutes max. Then when the insulin finally hits your system 2 hours later, you are up shit crick!! ITS CRAZY and DANGEROUS

Well put...people take note. The main reason we prefer Humalog, the fastest acting slin, is because....ummmm....it's fast acting. It's potency per unit time is the highest. Your muscles' glycogen stores are depleted....they're screaming for glucose, so we force feed them the glucose, and in addition, we stuff those suckers with an overabundance of amino acids by taking in high volumes of whey post injection to facilitate the ensuing increased protein synthesis.

AAS, in general, can be generalized to do one main thing...increase protein synthesis. The 2 main consumables necessary to carry this out are glucose and amino acids. Insulin, with proper simple carb and protein intake, supplies these much-needed constituents.
