So you just used them on any one of the lifts, one day or several? I was going to use bands but was concerned about it being too much and didn't want to switch to a different training method just to use them. I take it you still got good results since you did it quite a bit?johnsmith182 said:this is easy to do. just add the chains!!! seriously, if you want to use chains on one of the workouts, just add them in at the start of a cycle, and then do everything else like you normally would. ive used this before quite a bit.
