Increase appetite

For the last year I have realized that my appetite is never fully there. For example, if I made a burger. I would eat half of it and be full af.

This is great for cutting. It makes things very difficult when bulking.

Tren/test cycles haven’t helped. No more hungry then usual. Maybe even less!

Do you guys do anything or take anything to increase your appetite?

PED wise I’d suggest EQ and HGH, I’ve ran everything under the sun minus Halo and Turinabol and once I introduced EQ into the mix my appetite skyrocketed. Haven’t ran EQ in almost 2 years and I’m still a bottomless pit, sucks trying to cut.

I figured the force feeding was the main option. I know the stomach shrinks and stretches on what it’s used to. Man eating more the I want/when I’m not hungry feels like torture sometimes lol.

EQ or GHRP I was reading about. I’m surprised I haven’t don’t EQ yet.
 
My buddy complains about this all the time. he's not a lifter but he uses to be skinny and could never gain muscle and now he's getting fat since we are in our 30s.

Make sure you carefully plan your meals too. Like for him he will eat a 1500 calorie lunch from KFC and then be all like "why am I not hungry for dinner". Probably because you are a massive fucking lunch.

Plan out your calories so you are eating a nice clean 800 calories every 3 hours or something. Whatever is needed for your body and goals. But evenly distributing calories throughout the day can help a lot.
 
Yeah I totally understand that. I’m very good about eating every 2.5-3 hours, and being pretty close my macros. A lot of times it’s hard to eat my meal though.

Sept 2020 I started a bulk, and I just couldn’t eat like I could my whole life. Ever since then.. I’ve been having trouble with it.

I’ll tell you what too. I’m not naturally skinny. I’m naturally an endomorph. So one lil ice cream bar I feel like a fat slob. Takes a lot of effort to get the fat off.

To look extremely large and lean it takes extreme amounts of food which comes with extremem amounts of discomfort, get used to it or recognize you don’t have it in you. That’s part of the mental toughness needed. To recognize food in this game is for purpose and your not gnna be hungry all the time. It’d be much easier that way but unfortunately this isn’t the case

I second the appetite increase with EQ. I am eating like an obese trailer park skank on the rag.

As the guys correctly noted, you need to train the stomach and body and teach it to gradually eat more. But for my appetite, low-intensity cardio still helps a lot.
 
MK-677 for ravenous hunger that will allow you to single handedly put the local All You Can Eat Buffet out of business.

When i want massive caloric intake its my go to weapon. You want to time ingestion about 30 minutes before you will have the food infront of you. Just be ready for the lethargy afterwards when youve gorged 2k+ calories in a sitting, and several hours after that the “thirst” will hit you at which point no amount of water will satisfy you. Next day you will wake up looking notably more swole. Lather, rinse, repeat.
 
I have been off tren for 4-5 days now. My appetite has been better than it has in the last year. So idk. I’m able to eat a lot more now. The T3 I started taking feels like it’s helping a lot with that

That's right, after you ride more than 2000, you immediately want to sleep and, most importantly, you are very thirsty, but you become so lazy that you are too lazy to get up even for water.
