anyways, like i said, there aren't any AAS for endurance, and the only thing that will help with endurance is something called EPO (or something like that). basically it just increases red blood cell count. i think it's something that a lot of top athletes use. however, its dangerous to use and its expensive as fuck.
as far as getting stuff from GNC goes, don't waste your money or your time. they might have some stuff that might help you a little, but nothing beats hard training.
if you really wanna just buy something for the hell of it, look into NO2. personally, i think its hyped up bullshit, but i've heard that guys get decent results from it. if anything, just take creatine or something cheap like that for the placebo effect.

EQ. after I'm on for a while I can go 60min on a stairclimber and not even breathe hard. Love EQ..............11andruw251 said:correct me if im wrong, but doesnt EQ increase red blood cell count?? although, i think you have to be on it for a while before you get that effect.

tHe_ShOcKeR said:actually, i think most, if not all, AAS increase red blood cell count to a certain extent, its just that EQ's effect is more prominent. i think i read that in Anabolics 2k4
my hypothesis: since mwell wants to use it for "sports", the AAS might lead to unwanted mass (muscle and fat and water) gains that will hinder his speed and such. i'm not an expert or anything, but this sorta makes sense to me...
