Initial weight gain

I was cutting on 2600 calories for a couple weeks and losing about 0.8-1kg a week. I then hopped on 4 IUs of HgH a day and i seemed to stall on weight loss. For the last week I’ve remained around 82 kg and even dropped calories down to 2200 for the last week, lowest weight of the week was 81.5 but went back up to 82 this morning…

Is this most likely water weight from the HGH or could there be another factor? I religiously weigh everything, and eat the same meals each day and have tracked calories for years now.

Like others said it's most likely water weight. Watch your sodium and carb intake. Drink a shit ton of water (counter intuitive but works) you should be back on track in a week or 2 tops. Unless you are unlucky and one of the few the will hold water for longer.

For furture refrence dont go from 0 to 4 or 4 to 8. Titrating up slowly seems to work better for most

And get your IGF-1 checked.
I just got growth hormone level checked this morning after subq injecting 10ius 2.5 hrs before. I’m going to get my igf tested in a month.

I know I probably should’ve done a baseline IGF level but I decided not to

The way most people do the "down and dirty" growth hormone serum test is pin " intramuscular"(hits bloodstream faster) 10 ius then take your test 2-3 hrs later,

Well I guess it’s not bunk lol. Weirdly I don’t get any carpel tunnel. Only thing I think I’m noticing is im holding onto water because I was steadily losing weight and now have stalled for the last week. I wouldn’t say I’m sleeping better either, if anything maybe worse?

Who said you have to get CT. Your body will stablize sodium and water if you keep diet in check. Sleep benefits aren't the same with everyone. Maybe switch to morning injection for few days see of that helps your sleep.

I just researched a lot that some people experience CT, but potentially that comes in higher doses? I know my friend experienced that going straight to 4IUS

Yeah not changing my diet for the next 2 weeks just to see what happens as I adjust! I am doing 2IUs AM and PM anyway, with at least a few hours before/ after food
