Injectable B12 question

Sorry if this shouldn't be in this forum, wasn't sure...

Is there any real benefit to injecting B12? Is it really just for faster recovery from serious endurance efforts, etc?

from people i know that take it, they said it increases their energy, appetite & helped boost their immune system.

I've been doing 1 to 1 1/2 cc's daily. I haven't noticed any effect on my appetite (which is why I was originally taking it) but I have noticed a great increase in my energy.

What he ^ said, works great for me @ 1 cc every couple of days, and it's an easy sub-q shot.

1 ml shot every 3 or 4 days is quite enough for me as I think daily shots are a waste. I do notice a differenet sense of energy, not nervous energy, but jsut a sense of good wellbeing and I get a lot done. It ups my appetite somewhat but not too much. It is well worth it for $7 though. Can't beat that price for supps that work.

IM or Sub-Q but I've heard IM is better. I've been doing daily quad shots and some glute shots with a 25g 1' pin.

Might wanna check this out before bro:

Most guys I know that have used inj B12 found it to be a waste of time. And you'd probably only feel any increase in energy etc, if you happen to be B12 deficient. If you do however decide to use B12, you can mix it in with whatever gear you are using (or alone) and inject IM. I use a 25g dart for all my injections these days.

Peace.

ED is a definite waste.....once a week is MORE than enough(way more)!!

I have used b12 in the past, but had to stop. After injections, I would get flu like symptoms (sore throat, fever, etc) for 3 days. How do I avoid this? This is common for some steroids, but I was suprised with b12.

b12 and folic acid helps produce more red blood cells. go easy on the folic acid though, cause you wont just piss excesses out like b12.
