Glutaone and Kuhnthione are likely the same product​

Glutaone 1200mg and Kuhnthione 1200mg appear to be the same pharmaceutical product manufactured by the same company, Kuhnil Pharmaceutical (건일제약), but marketed under different brand names. Glutaone does not appear in Korea's MFDS drug database as a separately approved product, and its alleged manufacturer "Wellscin Pharm" has no verifiable pharmaceutical manufacturing license. Both products share an identical, remarkably simple two-component formulation: reduced glutathione 1200mg plus sodium bicarbonate as the sole excipient. Lgcaesthetic The practical implication is that buyers paying different prices for these "two products" are almost certainly purchasing the same vials from the same production line.

Conclusion​

Kuhnthione and Glutaone are, with high probability, the identical pharmaceutical product — manufactured by Kuhnil Pharmaceutical, containing nothing more than 1,200 mg of reduced glutathione and a small quantity of sodium bicarbonate as stabilizer. Lgcaesthetic Glutaone appears to be an export brand name distributed through WellsGlobal/Wellscin, a cosmetics and aesthetics distribution company without independent pharmaceutical manufacturing capability. The absence of Glutaone from the MFDS registry and the lack of any verifiable pharmaceutical license for Wellscin Pharm are significant red flags for buyers treating these as distinct products. Even in the broader context of the Korean glutathione injection market, no evidence exists of meaningful formulation differences between any MFDS-approved lyophilized products — they are all essentially the same simple two-component system, distinguished only by brand name, price, and manufacturer reputation.

Ya I'd really appreciate any direction. I started looking into RF microneedling in my area yesterday. Can you ballpark the typical cost per treatment? it's looking like ~500 at the places I'm looking at. Just wondering if that's reasonable.

I have a couple esthetician friends, microneedling treatments are expensive. If I were you (I might do this in the soon future as well) I’d just buy the microneedling gun and have your wife do it at home. $85 on that beauty deli site, do a good bit of research on it though because just like what we do it needs to be a sterile environment, might even need some sort of numbing solution things you have to be careful with.

Actually just did my first session on my loose stomach skin from my weight loss this last Friday. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Parts honestly were hard not to laugh during as it kind of is a mix of tickling/minor scratching feeling. However 2 days later, definitely itchy/tender and lots of hydrating of the skin is required. Not the most convenient spot given waist band on underwear and shorts haha! Wife wants to do my face next and see what results we get. She's been into the microneedling and anti aging skincare stuff since turning 40, so I get to be guinea pig for a lot of the shit she's interested in haha!

I didn't use any numbing creme or agents at all. Started the lowest setting, then increased it, ended up at 2mm depth or the highest(she said that's what is necessary for best results). No where near as painful as I was expecting based on her forewarning of it lol! She said the face you wouldn't go near as deep though .25-.5 tops.

I have some visible sag when relaxed and minor stretch marks but it doesn't appear too severe. When I pull a vacuum it's almost unnoticeable.

I went and looked in the group I like best to see what was suggested. I don’t have any experience with these products, but they’re professional grade. The medspas I go to use Morpheus, so you can compare specs to that or whatever device you come across. From what I’ve read results are most noticeable after 3 treatments, so diy is significant savings. I haven’t done RF, but microneedling is easy. I’ve seen comments that the heat from RF treatments is uncomfortable even with topical lido, so adding it to your product may help lessen.

As far as I know, JuveLook and Gouri are the only two biostimulators indicated for stretch mark use, which would mean the abdomen. That’s going to be 2-4mm depth doing something called ‘meso therapy.’ Hyaron is a cheap, forgiving product to practice technique with. It’s just hyaluronic acid. There’s a multi needle tool called crystal pin, where you can attach the head to a syringe and do multiple injx at a time. Otherwise meso is going to be individual injx with meso tips or insulin syringe. Any of the places you can order aesthetics stuff from should carry this stuff. (This is all only if you don’t use a microneedling or RF device.)

Gonna link to the Juve product since there are several options. In the study treatment was roughly a vial every 4 weeks, but 4-6 is acceptable.

I’ve ordered from Skin Reboot before, shipping was less than a week. Random side note, but would not use RF on the face without extensive research. I’ve seen a lot of women say they end up with worse sagging because the heat melts the fat too much. Not that you were going to, but wanted to mention jic.

You can go deeper in the face with medical microneedling. It’s necessary to get into the dermis to trigger fibroblast activity and growth factor release. The more superficial depths are beneficial, just depends on what your goals are.
