It's very toxic. It will turn your lipid profile inside out. If you have cholesterol issues, stay away.

First what do your lipids look like now? How expierenced are you? If they are good and you are expierenced then you could do the following

Week1-10mg
Week2-15mg
Weeks 3-4- 20mg

If you wanted to push it to 5 weeks the. Bump to 25mg but realize you are pushing it going that hard.

As far as toxicity goes it would be like taking anadrol and dbol at the same time.

Just a side note: injecting methylated gear (vs oral) doesn't reduce liver toxicity by 50%, as we all thought. In reality, any reduction in liver toxicity is much less significant.

There is no reduction, methylation still has to cleaved off.

When superdrol first came out as a pro hormone anabolic extreme recommended 30mg a day for 4 weeks.

That was before it was known you could get the kind of results people did off of 20. Honestly 30mg is the sweet spot but you should work up to it as it's not needed off the bat.
