Injecting 2 ml of juice in quads for the first time. Bad idea?

I'm currently doing 3ml quad shots EOD, and have done 5ml without issue. Just go deep and slow. There's 4 heads that are easy to pin.

2ml shouldn't pip too much with long esters, which i assume you're using. Unless you have small legs, of course.

Use slin pins for quads if you're lean enough .. it's not a science you see muscle u stick needle in you press plunger

Quads are very accepting of a lot of oil. Shouldn’t be a problem at all.

1 ml each would be to much work and waste of syringes. Rather just pin once and get it over with.

It might just be me being picky, but touching the area you're going to pin several times and not wiping it with alcohol doesn't seem safe. Then he pokes and moves the needle multiple times before going in and doesn't even go in all the way

I agree. That’s why I poke muscle with the cap and indent where I want the needle. I wipe the area after that. It would fuck with my brain to much too be this sloppy. I never try to put the needle all the way Incase if it breaks. I wonder if anyone else thinks about that?

My concern with not going in all the way, is what if you accidentally let the needle come out slightly, go in slightly etc. Easy to get bacteria in there I'd think

Ever hear anyone of someone pulling out and the needle stay in skin? People always told me to not do that when I started. Just always stuck with it.

Not an issue, really.

Ever hear anyone of someone pulling out and the needle stay in skin? People always told me to not do that when I started. Just always stuck with it.

I've seen thousands of injections and performed hundreds if not thousands myself and I've never seen nor heard about anything like that happening from reliable sources.

Should be all good man, the needle is sterile and your skin should be sterile too...plus think when you suck air in the needle to push into the vial, right before you load the vial lol

Yeah.. I've seen this video. I've looked into it. For some reason knowing bones seem so close to that point bothers me.

Also, not sure if anyone noticed how many times he poked himself before finally committing.

The shaft of the needle is still sterile as long as you properly swabbed the injections site. I've hit scar tissue before and had to reposition slightly, even, and would imagine the bacteria is killed by the alc around the injection site, or your natural defences.

Pulling in and out will not result in more bacteria It's not like they're floating in the air looking for needles to attach to. But I agree - you can't ever be lax about your injection protocol.

Personally, I'd love some educated opinions regarding site prep. I clean my vial tops with alc swabs, and also do a first injection site pass with a fresh swab. Then I use an idione swab to prep, allow 5 minutes to dry, and bang in the 10cc arrow.

Your bone doesn’t have nerve endings. I watched my dad get spinal taps and they were drilling through this spine. He took that like a champ. Poking it slow with a needle isnt nothing.

Fill the needle and I swab the tops and injection site again and wait for it to dry. Switch needles and inject. Why I swab the tops when I am done pulling I have no idea.

Nerves can be extremely painful. Hit my knee swole up for 7 days from hitting one. Couldn’t even bend it.

Your dad is a beast. The only two people I've seen get a spinal tap both were crying and one screaming from the pain . Full grown adults

Touch wood, but I've had zero infections. Fuck - I used to shower once a weekend. Now I do it before and after going to the gym. And before sex. So that's 4 times a day.
