I thought it could be interesting to try a few injection sites out, and report back both their PIP as well as the "max" volume which I felt they can comfortably hold. I used the same exact vial of gear for all the sites, however I changed the needle length depending on the site. These oil "maxes" were for me, and to the point of it becoming uncomfortable to push more in. Obviously this varies depending on your muscle size and experience shooting the area.
On a scale from 1-10, 10 being fucking unbearable:
Glutes- 1, max 4ccs
Quads- 4, max 2.5-3ccs, the pain seems to vary with quads for seemingly unknown reasons.
Front delts- 5, max was 2.5ccs
Medial delts- 2, max was 3ccs
Rear delts- 2, max was 3ccs
Pecs- 7.5-8, I cannot believe how bad pecs hurt! I tried both sides on different occasions, both bruised. MAX was 1.5ccs.... I am not sure why... I most likely will never shoot them again.
Triceps- 1-2 pain was very minimal. I could fit 3ccs in the big head, 2 in the outer head without issue. These will now be on my rotation.
Lats- 4-5, max was 2ccs.
Biceps- 7, 3ccs. The outer bicep hurt a lot less than the inner part, I shot both heads 2 times each for this experiment. The outer may be on my rotation, the inner will not.
I did not try calves, I thought about it... I just couldn't.
