Injection sites For Beginner

If you're thin/lean and young enough to easily twist around, the glutes have the least pain and are the most forgiving location.

But if you have ANY trouble whatsoever reaching that upper outer ass quadrant, I'd recommend the quads as easiest for a first timer.

Be sure to fully research exactly where to inject and don't just guess. If you want additional help and security, don't be embarrassed to literally draw an X on your skin, take a pic, and post to a beginners forum and ask if you've got the location right. 99% chance you'll be totally fine, but for your first pin it's OK to take safety to the extreme and be fully sure.

youve been injecting gear sub q? I have some horror stories I wouldnt recommend doing any oil sub q.
I take all my oils subq in the stomach, legs, and glutes. I never exceed 0.4ml and zero issues thus far, granted I’m only taking 150mg test and 80mg deca. I find it much easier and convenient, and it’s pain free for me. Back when I was blasting I didn’t do it, but now that I don’t it’s the only way I go. My urologist actually recommended it.
 
I do have a tip for newbies injecting vip peptide, do not take a chance injecting this stuff where you could hit and inject into a vein or blood vessel or you will be in a world of hurt (extreme low blood pressure) although short term it still could be deadly. Think blood pressure of 70/30 high heart rate, sweating, vision fading, fainting or near fainting. VIP is probably one of the most dangerous peptides if you don’t inject subq in a safe area.
 
Just stick to the basics, delts, quads or ventroglute if you can find it. If you're lean enough in any of these areas, you can get away with 0.5" needle. Even at peak bulk I can pin quads & delts IM with 0.5" 29g insulin needle. Super easy. For quads I make sure I'm in natural light so I can easily avoid any veins.
 
Easy pin spots are:

1ml+
Outer quad
Glute (VG)

less than 1ml/needs some time to feel right:
Teardrop (quad inside)
Side delt

Sites that need significant mass + leanness to be viable spots for pinning:
Biceps
Lat

It probabaly depends but I have heard stories of rock hard lumps that cant be burned off and have to be removed by a doctor.
