I was doing pull ups back in March to strengthen my back for powerlifting, and pulled through some pain in my elbows believing it was the Winny drying up my joints. After a few weeks pushing through, it was so painful I couldn't extend my elbows, and put pull-ups on the shelf.
even now, 9 months later, it hurts when I curl my arms with my palms perpendicular to the floor.
I have read about it on the cybercob and the closest I get is Golfer's Elbow. How can I manage this and get through it? As I am doing mostly powerlifting, I can train around the injury, but it would be great to do some curls or pull-/chin-ups now and again....
Any suggestions?
