Any body have experience with rapid increase in appetite??
realy havent noticed any "kick" from the test yet but its only day 10, I did frontload 1000mg first wk and the tbol is in full stride for sure now..
Everyday my appetite is increasing.. I'm up to 221.2 and I woke in the middle of the night fucking starving, had to make a cup of oatmeal with some whey so I could go back to sleep,
Is this a sign of test kicking in
or maybe the tbol??

I stopped counting calories and I eat a TON, theres a pic in this log of the way I prep and carry food with me on work days if you look on the first or second page... My bulk is "clean" but only in the sense of the food sources I choose, since my first pin ive been eating to satiety the only thing I even remotely count is protien which comes it at atleast 300-350g/day... ive never used gear before and im a pretty big guy 6ft2 when I started I was 213-215 that was only 10 days ago and now im already at 220+it is your body telling you that you need more food. are you trying to do a clean bulk? if so you are not eating enough.

im not concerned with the weight gain but the sudden increase in appetite is something ive never experienced before just curious if anyone has had similar experiences especialy before the test is in full swing cause I hear even with a frontload that takes 3weeks minimum

ive noticed im holding a bit of water but despite all l the food im eating I actualy feel like im looking a bit leaner or more "shaped up" my shoulders are starting to "pop" only 10 days in and despit the fact that im getting heavier I find bodyweight exercises are getting easier.. at 213 I was doing weighted dip with 1 plate for 7-8 reps, yesterday at 220lbs I strapped on 65lbs and smashed 4 sets of 10 on the weighted dips like it wasnt shit![]()
Im already learning this the hard way lol since the tbol kicked in and ive been goin to town in the gym ive developed a pain in my serratus anterior any time I lift my arm or put any strain on it, not like its torn but im gonna slow it down a bit and let it recoverthat is great, but remember to leave your ego at the door or you will get hurt. do not force reps or struggle to long with a rep. research negatives they work great and actually is the best way muscle is built or most of your muscle is built with the negative movement.
