There are still alot of people that don't know how to run this research material and it is hard to do a search for it. What is some feedback from those that actually ran it and what were your results?

THANKS ROOSTER. EINSTEIN MY QUESTION IS THE CONVERSION FROM MCG -IUS OR MG...WHAT IS 40MCG IN IUS OR IN MG. HOW DO YOU TAKE IT IM OR SUBCUTANEOUSLY LIKE GH....ALSO I HEAR THAT BREAKING IT UP WITHIN THE DAY IS ALSO GOOD. FOR EX. 15 AM 15 MIDDAY 15 POST WORKOUT OR 20 AM AND 20 PM...PLEASE IF YOU CAN ANSWER THIS ,THIS WOULD BE GREAT. NOONE CAN ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS. YOU CAN EMAIL ME TO IF YOU LIKE I AM GOING TO EMAIL YOU ANYWAY I HOPE I AM NOT IMPOSSING I JUST NEED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE IN AN AREA I AM UNFAMILIAR WITHeinstein1905 said:I've run several IGF-1 cycles. I find that 40-50mcg/day is the best dose, with higher doses not bring substantially better gains. Each cycle has been 25-30 days, but I will run my upcoming cycle until gains cease, as I have a theory about using GH with IGF-1 allowing for gains over a longer period. I always inject IM PWO into the muscles just worked to take advantage of receptor upregulation in response to resistance training (muscle trauma). I have seen both site-specific effects and generalized effects. the fat loss is very dramatic in most cases. Pumps are great. Most people fail to adjust carbs appropriately and experience fatigue and nausea. You may get slight diarhea early on, due to the rapid turnover of epithelial cells. Well worth the money, or I wouldn't continue using it.
AUSTIN GOOD QUESTION. AND THANK YOU TO ROOSTER AND EINSTEIN FOR FINALLYT ANSWERING THE LONG LOST QUESTIONS...IT WAS LIKE FINDING THE DAMN HOLY GRAIL , THESES ANSWERS...THANK YOUAustin316 said:Eistien what do you think of this:
IGF-1 40-50 mcg ed
GH 2-4 IU 2x per day
This would be like a day 50-60day cycle
With the IGF1 do you take the dosage all at once.
Example: Post workout One 25mcg right Bi, one 25mcg left Bi.
What about taking the IGF-1 right before the gym.
If it takes 1.5 2hrs to hit you. It would be working right at the end of the workout then you could have a post workout shake right after your training is over. What do you think???
Thanks for your help!

einstein1905 said:I should have worded it differently. It's not that it takes 2 hours to hit you, it's that it'll be about 2 hrs before the cummulative effects are significant enough to have noticeable effects on BG. If you graphed your BG over time, you'd see a gradual decrease starting at the time of injection. I have used it pre workout, but the pumps adversly affect the workout. The time that's most critical for IGF-1 is pwo anyway....and not necessarily immediately pwo. IGF-1 is all about tissue repair for our purposes, and IGF receptors are upregulated in response to muscle trauma....injecting pwo takes full advantage of this, whereas injecting earlier allows for sufficient time for The IGF-1 to disperse from the site of injection. It's not that you won't get effects....you will....it's just that by timing everything just right, you position yourself to get the most out of the compounds used.

I was doing SQ inj and it just looked like bee stings everywhere for 2 weeks and I gave it up. So this time I was going to mix it stronger so I put less in the syringe and then do IM injections mixed with B-12. Is this acceptable method?
einstein1905 said:Absolutely. IM is far superior IMO. Injecting into the muscles just worked allows for the greatest potential to yield results. I usually recommend BW to cut each injection, but I actually use B-12 most of the time myself.
