I mean...he's just fucking wrong right? Dude was so confident i dont even know...he told me to do a google search and i wouldn't be disappointed lmao!!

I just stopped at that point, i had typed out a whole fucking rant about how he clearly doesnt know shit and how come if that's such a great bulking routine why is he still a 120lb twink, but then im trying this new thing where when people are retarded i just try and feel bad for them instead of being a dick lol...

I've just never heard of anybody advising AGAINST eating more protein.

Edit: holy shit does that guy seriously have a YOLO tattoo?? Right on his fucking chest too! That's literally the funniest part of this whole mess.

I understand that too much protein can be wasteful cuz your body only uses so much....but his reasoning for staying away from protein to let her body get used to the increase in physical activity...what the fuck does that even mean? Lmao!!

Wouldn't protein synthesis(i think thats the phrase) increase with added activity? Just fuckin stupid.

Extra protein can result to weight gain, turn to fat, cause dehydration and stress the kidneys.

Nope not increase with activity man.

But if you read diets of the sixties(well here more material for u crazy ideas) average protein amount is 70 - 100, very little?Jesus my carbs could be to f*cking low to 200 - 250,what do u think?(I mean only meat like chicken,turkey and some cow/pork)
