Instead of DNP...

Honestly OP just have your SO take salbutamol. It really is super easy and has very few and such mild side effects. Compared to fucking DNP it's practically nothing.

Go look at ForYouEyesOnly's cycle log. She did anavar and ECA and yohimbine I think and she lost a lot of weight and during her cycle. It was a solid recomp. She had almost no sides.

DNP is just a really awful idea. You do know DNP overdose is irreversible right? I believe I saw something like 20% of people of overdose on DNP die. I don't remember exactly but it was a lot. Also as type-IIx said, you can liberally go blind in a matter of a couple months. Good luck continuing to work out with no eyesight.

I don't know what gave you this idea that salbutanol has bad sides, it simply does not at all. IMO salbutamol or simple ECA (prefer salbutamol due to the short half life not messing with my sleep) are really the only options for her. Otherwise she risks awfulnside effects or even fucking up her heart and cardiovascular system.

Just have her take salbutamol. Start at 2mg per day 2-3x per day. She can work up to 4mg twice a day. If she needs a tolerance break then switch to ECA stack for a week or two then go back.

Of course it will be super critical for her to lift and do cardio and track calories. Preferably go on a strict meal plan. Otherwise she risks eating too little and fucking up her whole system if too large a deficit is continued for too long.

Also the most important thing nobody has mentioned...keep in mind it takes time for skin to shrink. If she loses weight too fast she is gonna have a bunch of extra gross saggy skin all over. Which is arguably worse looking than being a little on the heavy side...

She's tall and not obese, I doubt the weight loss will cause any noticeable skin issues due to the fact much of her fat is distributed in her thighs and hips (lucky her). Appreciate the input, I am leaning between this and Cardarine as of now.

She's already on a good meal plan and training regimen - and honestly the initial consideration of "proper" DNP use was probably aggressive. Thanks for the feedback.

I agree. I don't think it's indicated here as I've mentioned, but I'll go fuck myself because OP said so (probably ticked him off to refer to his SO as overweight/obese; despite it being a stone cold, indisputable fucking fact).
Has nothing to do with that man, she is overweight as of now, but the advice I was searching for and what you were offering are completely different. It was the "Drugz" comment, last time I checked we were on an AAS forum. SO is still a smoke show, unfortunately went through a bout of depression due to some of our life circumstances and I'm using my expertise as much as I can to help her.

Training and diet were never a part of my original question - and while I'm sure many here could use that advice, it's something I'm well versed in.

I never found Cardarine noticeably effective for fat loss. Ive used it a fair bit albeit sparingly dosed, but id rather take salbutamol if i was aiming for fat loss out of the two. I think Cardarine would be a disappointment except shed have higher work capacity which could, if utilized appropriately, yield increased fat loss.

PS: your wifes fat!

Ok gonna roll with your advice. Thank you and fuck off haha.

OK, that's very fair & reasonable bro. I'm sorry that I didn't recommend even mild diet aids in my first post here. Albuterol/salbutamol is actually pretty well tolerated (even combined with caffeine) & the EC/ECA stack (the A[spirin] helps in obesity by serving as a prostaglandin inhibitor; so just use your judgment whether that technically applies [BMI >= 30]) is also.

That's a perfect stack, leave dnp to people who want get fucked up. I used a couple of times in the past then I used recently and the sides where on another planet last time I did. I almost passed out after leaving the gym. Got nausea and could not even breathe apart from sweats and all that shit. I used for 1 week, the first days was fine then the heat kicked in and last days that happened. I have still half a 1 and half bottle unused!

The best combo imho is clen+cardio(+T3 if necessary), if you don't mind about all the sides also metformin is a kick in!
