insulin advice

Running insulin without HGH is something you want to tread lightly with. You're not in the same category as a guy using HGH because you aren't getting the same igf 1 benefits from the combination. That's the real reason for actual muscle hyperplasia , not the insulin. Guys are going to do what they're gonna do though and with that being said, you'd be best to just use a small amount of it for nutrient shuttling. Honestly the best way is just 5 IU preworkout for pump and nutrient shuttling but if you're inexperienced then just stay with 5iu post workout.

Humulin R can have what seems like a double peak and isn't as safe as a rapid like nolvalog or humalog. To do 10iu pre and another 10iu post is too much, it'll result in insulin stacking, that's when u think you're doing 10iu post workout but it's more like 15iu from the residual in your system from the first shot. That's not smart and overboard. 45lbs in 30 days, no way it's all muscle, no way even 15 lbs of it is all muscle. Be smart

This is also coming from an insulin dependant diabetic. Being diabetic isn't fun, it's a constant battle to maintain good glucose levels and you're married to that monitor everyday. Everything you do and everywhere you go has to be planned around insulin and meals, it's no fun

You may goto sleep and not wakeup, or your standing in line at the store or driving and your glucose levels plummet for one reason or another. ITS NOT WORTH IT it's a pain in the ass your whole world suddenly revolves around dosing and eating.make 1 mistake, and it could end. I hate it. Buy lots strips, test often ,rotate fingertips, do a lot more research on insulin so you know what your numbers mean

Anything over 5iu of slin is not worth it from my experience. Used to run high dose of slin with gh, still got fat. Now I run 5iu preworkout along with the gh throughout the day, and gives me a nice steady spike of IGF and keeps it raised longer in the body, so therefore I only need to use the GH and slin eod without sacrificing my IGF levels decreasing.
