Thats what makes Insulin so dangerous, when you dont know how to use it safely and take the proactive measures like bloodwork, checking for hab1c, homa, fasted glucose, glucose after meals and how you respond to it. Instead of that, you just hammer a few good iu's of insulin?Tbh i don't know if i will continue with insulin, maybe i will reduce my calories and carbs intake because i don't trust so much insulin
Seriously, you gotta be careful and stay on top of things and take a step back, educate yourself, reassess the situation youre in, double check all steps before i.e. food, sleep, training and do an educated decision.
