Insulin advice

Tbh i don't know if i will continue with insulin, maybe i will reduce my calories and carbs intake because i don't trust so much insulin
Thats what makes Insulin so dangerous, when you dont know how to use it safely and take the proactive measures like bloodwork, checking for hab1c, homa, fasted glucose, glucose after meals and how you respond to it. Instead of that, you just hammer a few good iu's of insulin?

Seriously, you gotta be careful and stay on top of things and take a step back, educate yourself, reassess the situation youre in, double check all steps before i.e. food, sleep, training and do an educated decision.

Food, training and sleep are all on point, but i keep my opinion that insulin makes me nervous, i'm scared of losing the job man...for diabetes

That just confirms what i said before. Before Insulin use maybe educate yourself about the types of Diabetis (1 and 2) and how things like Hba1c and Homa work. How Diabetis start.

This should be YOUR responsibility and YOUR diligence to know what could happen when abusing X substance.

Then THAT should be reason enough to not even consider taking it, A good job/career is worth its weight in gold, literally , and you even contemplating it for some "measley gains" (30 days of insulin) and potential to do some lifelong damage , well sir , you are NOT thinking very well IMO,,
 
Don't misunderstand me, i don't eat totally junk, almost 1kg of beef per day man, but obviously to arrive at 6500 calories i Need to add some biscuits for example
4 eggs 1 avocado for breakfast, 3.7854 liters (1 gallon in freedom units) of milk per day, you can cut the beef down to 1/2 kg (1lb) if you have a hard time eating. That's 3,922 calories. If you shit yourself from dairy products get some Simethicone 125mg. Guarantee you will gain at least 3kg(7lbs) in a week. And all that Tryptophan from the milk is gonna make you sleep real good.

It is a good bit of fat I agree but better from milk than from over processed junk food or all that sugar in mass gainer. Don’t recommend chocolate milk at all though. I guess you could do the fat free if you’re worried about the fat or a lower % choice. If he’s able to eat a kg a of beef though a day a half gallon of whole milk wouldn’t be too bad. It’s what worked for me at-least and I was a “hard-gainer”.

im a BIG milk drinker, i use Fairlife 2% to cook with and non fat to drink, i wont drink regular milk anymore , Fairlife or nothing,

I'll have to give Fairlife's non-fat a go. My favorite is the Horizon brand milk, I don't know what the hell they put in it but that shit is goood. Silk recently started selling a Chocolate Protein Almond milk line and it's surprisingly good.
