I'm new to insulin. I have purchased insulin aspart (novorapid). Would it benefit me to do a shot post workout, then after the half-life is up do another? All while keeping carbs up, protein up, and fat low?
Or is it really only beneficial in that anabolic window post workout? I just don't want to waste insulin or get fat?
