Intercepted mean seized?

Just wondering if my shipments being intercepted means seized for sure. I mean I'm pretty sure it does. Just looking for a for sure.

i apologize for the obvious question, it's just that typically, if customs seizes your pack, tracking tells you it's in customs and that's pretty much the end of it.

If this means your package was confiscated, then customs is being awfully transparent, which doesn't seem to be the norm.

I had a pack sit in customs for two weeks once. Lol. I thought for sure that shit was gone. Then poof. At my doorstep.

It is what it says when I track my package. It says package has been intercepted and redirected as requested by sender. What is weird is the tracking appears to have made it through customs and it says it was intercepted in my town.

This item has been intercepted on December 26, 2018. At 3:21 pm in
My city, NY *1**** and redirected AS REQUESTED BY SENDER. That's what it says for 3/4 of the tracking numbers in my order . 1/4 of them shows going into customs and nothing after that which is what you described. 3/4 show it being Intercepted in my post office.

Basicstero has already agreed to re-ship but I had $400 in promotions on their deal that they don't reship. So I did two buy 300$ get $200 free orders . And it makes me wonder why it says intercepInt and redirected as requested by sender .. cause now they only have to send me the original $300 of the two orders and save the $400 of the promo items.. idk seemed weird.

Give it another 2 weeks, you should know by then.

Honestly it's either in customs (seized) or not, never seen intercepted message before.

That sounds like they either botched the address and contacted USPS to have it fixed, or they requested it to be returned... Which i'm not sure if the latter is even possible?

The latter is possible, I have read up on interceptions. But basic has assured me that they did no such thing, they haven't requested it be stopped or returned at all. So I don't know .They also told me that they have seen a few cases like this recently and they treat it as a seizure. So I am assuming that's what it is. I was just wondering if anyone else had this experience with the intercepted message. Thanks for your input guys .

My original thought was they had it returned so they can reship without the freebies, but I just don't actually believe they would do that .Cause their policy is if seizure they reship but not the freebies... I feel like it's too small of a difference for them to care about trying to scam me out of a promotion. They are a big supplier and just seems like I was thinking the absolute worst when I considered that. The intercepted part was all that had me thinking that because I've only seen people's experience being it goes to customs then either makes it out or not. Haven't seen anyone mentioning packages intercepted, and if you look up USPS interceptions it says it's something done by the sender. But I wasn't sure if it was also something done when seized .

Well according to the post office package intercept is a feature that allows the sender to redirect any package, letter or flat that hasn’t been delivered.

Right that's what I read. Wanted to see others experience. because I have a lot of confidence in Basic and have ordered from them so many times previously never having an issue... I would like to believe that they didn't do that, and that it was just in fact customs that took it.

What's weird is tracking shows it passing customs and getting to my local post office where it was intercepted. At least with 3/4 of the shipments that's what it showed. That's the part that gets me.

Never personally experienced this, I’ve only had one source ever provide tracking, but seems weird it would show it’s tracked all the way to your local post if it was seized or just sitting at customs.

There domestic site delivered for me no problem as excepted, but there Intl never made it and I just counted it as a loss and didn’t bother contacting them. It was a small order to test the water. It’s rough getting Intl orders on the west coast anymore. If I ever gave p com another go it would be through the PCom Store.

i thought pcom store stopped selling pharmacom gear recently lol no?
last time i went there they had all other brands. anyway, i love basic but the domestic store i just use as a last resort or something i need fast because its so pricey. i guess i might have to weigh the risk/reward again though, as that will certainly get to me, although im paying almost close to double the price.. but it is better than international not showing up at all. maybe will look into a new domestic in the future. have been trying to research ironborn and roidsource to see what people have said. haven't found much, found some reviews good but from years ago.... some good but not enough to convince me... idk im gonna keep researching.
