Intermittent Fasting techniques

Hey all,

I would like to share with you my experience of intermittent fasting.

I started IF to lose weight since I was eating shit and not doing any sports. For that, I went hardcore doing 20 hours of fasting and 4 hours of eating.

I was trying to have zero carbs diet with a lot of fat (cheese, nuts, salmon)

Now i am doing sports, while keeping 12-14 hours of IF. First 2 months i went from 93 to 82 kgs and now it is All maintainance.
