the US FDA / Customs service regularly closes down sources in other countries, I personally know a number of guys in Thailand who were raided by US custom agents. ( and yes they only dealt in AS, no sleep or pain meds )

Maybe on a certain level it is. Now I'm going to start some kind of paranoia, but I just thought of this.

The feds can't touch a European, Chinese, Paki, Thai, etc. source. They're safe from everything. If a domestic source gets popped, they have access to everything. I'd hope that the domestic guys don't keep records, but you never know. If they did, then the bad guys would have info on the source's customers.

Really? I don't understand how they could do that. It's not illegal for them to be selling gear in Thailand.

what happens if your shit gets seized, if you never go to get it are still in shit? are you obligated by law to go get it? what are pens. if you get caught? i have 15 weeks to graduate from college, i don't want to fuck that up.

From what i understand, when they start shipping it OUT of Thailand in a organized matter its illegal.

Thai law.

You need an export licence and even then it only covers thai fda approved products, most AS are not approved.

Then you have all kinds of mailing related crimes, such as using false names, return addy's, false customs declarations etc.

Since this post has reapeared, I thought I should comment. Since I posted back in Jan. about international products, I have since switched to mostly domestics. I've got to say much safer better way to go!
The only International I've used since is Marssel, and He's like going domestic.
Never had a problem with his T/A or packaging.

I think it depends on were your pack is coming form also, packs from mexico rarely make it through on the other hand I get them from the middle east al the time, strange thing isn't it
