A proper chest injection is nowhere near the brachial plexus nerve.Brachial plexus nerve runs from neck through traps and then through pecs. Dont do it! I know someone who now suffers from pectoral major syndrome essentially causing nerve damage to pec. Traps are also a no no due to major nerves running from neck. But.... role the dice if you feel it is absolutely necessary
I have no idea how screwed up your friend's injection had to be even to hit that nerve . . . and what in the world is "pectoral major syndrome?" Google says it is a congenital birth defect where the pec is missing.
