Hello Meso. Just wanted to introduce myself to your community. I go by AP17. Went by another "AP" name on this board some years back, but due to an extended, uhh,,,, "vacation", I definitely do not remember my old password. Was once an active member on a number of boards, but this one was literally the first board I joined back in 2003. Very nice to see this board is still active and has grown significantly!
So, a little about me. My current stats: 6'3", 225lbs. Running around 15%-ish on the bf. Not the sexiest mother fucker one had ever seen, but not the typical 40 year old fat ass sitting on his couch eating porkrinds. I have been in and out of gyms for over 25 years. I am a little behind on the "weights" as I was limited to push-ups, pull-ups, dips and lunges with a medicine ball for the past several years. Since it seems as if the way we lift weights for growth, cutting, etc evolves every so many years, I will kick back and read posts to see how much has changed and whats working. I joined a gym once again recently and seen ppl doing shit that I would have clowned on them for years back.
It's great to be back. I know, like many vets, I may have some knowledge to share but most importantly I have new knowledge to gain. Thanks for having me here.
Best Regards,
AP17
